Will I remember to shut the polls down before this week’s episode starts? The answer to that question might be harder to figure than the boots this week. (For the record, I have logs for when votes come in and thus delete the ones that come in later. So no points for readers this week).
Andy: This week seems incredibly predictable, which either means it won’t be, or that this needs to be the last week with this configuration of tribes. Taylor is a dead man walking if he doesn’t win immunity. Michelle has basically no outs other than immunity. Only Ikabula provides minor intrigue of which oldster would get the boot. I say they go with Bret as the bigger threat, since we’re getting to be closer to the time when that matters. And he’s not all that big a threat either.
John: If the purples go to tribal, CBS won’t be able to flash a #blindside hashtag at us, because it’s Taylor. If the greens go to tribal (and they won’t), it’s Bret– only because Michaela seems weirdly intent on keeping Millennials around. And if orange goes to tribal, say goodbye to Michelle.
Matt: Three boots: Michelle, Taylor, and I don’t know, lets say Sunday. And fuck reasons, my reason why is I have pneumonia.
Mark: I’m going to go out on a limb and say that this is a double-boot episode. This cast is still way too big for halfway through the season, So without further ado, here’s what I think…
Vanua: Sticking with last week’s Michelle prediction. Especially if David reveals his idol, that’s too big a chance to take.
Takali: It has to be Taylor. Adam, Ken, and Jessica aren’t that stupid, and dude bro could lead a merge rebellion if left alone to his own devices.
Ikabula: Michaela will prove to be the Millennial who can hold a majority, and Bret will be let go, since he has the closest ties to the remaining Gen-Xers.
Emma: Vanua: Now that we’ve seen David bond further with Zeke by telling him about the idol, coupled with Zeke seeing his pal Adam flip on Figgy and Taylor, I just don’t see how Michelle gets out of this one.
Takali: Let’s not beat around the bush. It’s Taylor. We all know it would be Taylor. Here’s hoping Takali loses!
Ikabula: Earlier in the swap, Sunday seemed like the clear choice, but now that a couple of tribal councils have passed, the Millennials may prefer to target someone deemed as a bit more of a threat. Which means adios to Purple Bret the Second.
