Staff Predictions

Note: Brad’s hook up for bonus videos was tardy with the posting, and thus the bonus content post is taking a week off.

Andy

The reasoning here is simple: the NToS showed Angelina wanting to target Christian. The edit golden boy. He ain’t going anywhere any time soon, so buh bye Angelina. Her transparent scheming will either put her former allies ill at ease, or Alec just won’t like her telling him what to do. Sadly for her, she’s probably dead right about Christian’s threat level and his status as the lynchpin of the Davids.

Brad

This week is going to be extremely hard to predict, but last time we said that I made the easy guess of Bi and that seemed to work out. So this week’s easy guess is Alec. In the style of Sarah Lacina 1.0 and Chris Noble, Alec will be the first member of the jury when he tries to rock the boat a little too hard.

Emma

I was typing out a crazy detailed prediction that intended to end with Dan getting blindsided, but everything I was saying led to Angelina getting targeted. So I’m going with that instead. After all, Sharculese compared her to RC, right? But hey, at least Angelina went to multiple tribal councils.

John

Who knows where this vote goes? I’m not gonna sit back here and trust the predictions of these idiot pundits that claim to have some expertise. No, I’m gonna get out there and vote! And I’m voting Alec, because it just seems like no one will want such a flaky ally on their side. Unfortunately, my vote is being suppressed because I’m “not on the cast of this season” and “have been asked to stop tweeting at Jeff Probst several times”.

There’s a number of ways this could go, but I still think that Alec being squirrelly will doom his chances. Angelina’s doesn’t exactly have the personality to make her stick around much longer, and Dan won’t use an idol on someone who’s trying to get in with “his girl”. All it takes is a waffler like Mike or a bad split vote plan to let the Davids prevail.

Matt

So I think the two main targets will be Carl and Dan. Let me explain. Carl will be a target because everyone knows he went to Exile and probably got some sort of advantage, for that reason a group of people will want to vote him out. Dan is a target because everyone knows he has an immunity idol (jokes on them though because he has two). So whether through Alec being like Charlie Day yelling “Wildcard!” and deciding to try and get Dan gone, I am sure that the Davids will know about Dan’s idol. Which means there is a really fun scenario where Carl uses his idol nullifier correctly on Dan because he knows Dan has an idol! It won’t happen though, because he is Carl and instead I think Carl goes home.
