Welcome to your week 12 predictions. Who will we predict now that the last, best chance to remove Obvious Winner Christian from the game has been squandered?

The previews show Alison and Kara trying to move people against Nick. Sadly for them, they might have run out of players looking to surrender their hard-earned numbers advantage to the people on the bottom (although with this season… we shall see). Instead, it’s time for Alison‘s run as “person who is discussed as a major threat in the game that never felt like one to viewers” to come to an end. She does not feel like a finale player.

The only question is if Christian will be immune for this to happen or not. If Alison starts her anti-Nick campaign prior to the challenge, I could see him exacting retribution even if Christian is available to be voted out.

Brad

Listen, I’m just pressed like a panini after I got the 5-2-1 details down and missed just the end result. So I’m going to break it down by who’s everyone’s number one target is to get the results and forget about the details.

Nick: Christian
Davie: Christian? Christian
Angelina: Christian if the other two are Christian
Alison: despite how both she and Christian votes for each other last Tribal, will they both return to needing each other as shields if they don’t have Gabby still around as an ally? Of course not. Christian.
Mike: I think there’s a pattern here
Kara: Christian, duh doi
Christian: wins immunity
If Christian wins immunity, it’s Alison. If not, it’s Christian.

So knowing that the Immunity Challenge involves coordination and balance and that Christian hasn’t fared well in these challenges before (I think), let’s say Christian.

Editor’s note: Imagine trying to get out everyone’s number one target, and it resulted in you going home instead? That doesn’t even seem possible.

Emma

The logical thing for just about everybody in the game would be to vote out Christian, but I just have a feeling he’ll make it to the finale? Perhaps another immunity win? Anyway, people will start looking at the other threats in the game now. Alison has been targeted for a couple votes in a row now, and is basically only connected to Kara. She’s either going to be voted out directly or will be idoled out (I think this is more likely) like she almost was last week. It’ll probably be because Nick plays the idol, but if a new one is hidden it could also be Davie or Christian. But all that matters in terms of those precious, precious prediction points is if Alison is voted out.

John

I’ll take the easy way out here: The preview for this week showed a lot of people scrambling and saying various names. But 5 people voted for Christian last week, and 4 of them are still here. I say this week they vote for him again- only this time he doesn’t have an idol to save himself.

Mark

Since the finale is next week, let’s work backwards. I think Mike and Angelina are locks for the finale, since they’ve been the most Goliath strong. Nick has an idol. I also see Kara slipping under the radar with bigger threats around. That leaves Christian, Davie, and Alison. I can’t imagine Christian going before five or six, based on how much he’s been one of the stars of the season. So between Davie and Alison, I’ll go with Alison. The boys will want to nip a potential girl’s alliance in bud, and Alison’s been on the chopping block for weeks.

Matt

Alison. I still just don’t think it is Christian’s time yet, though I am running out of ideas on how he saves himself other than winning immunity which would occasion a lot of scrambling. And well what did we see in the preview if not a lot of scrambling. So I think Christian will be immune this week and everyone will be running around trying to find a new target. Alison will be an obvious target because her name has come up a lot before, but I also think this will be a time when people are throwing around other names because they are feeling bold. But in the end it will revert to the more simple Alison boot.
